The latest surgical, radiation, and chemotherapeutic protocols are presented, approaching each disease process from a multidisciplinary perspective, offering the reader a guide to the diagnosis, initial treatment, adjuvant therapy, supportive therapy, and post -- operative follow-up, with evidence-based protocols from surgeons as well as those from non-surgical specialties for specific disease entities, (i.e. laryngeal cancer, base of tongue cancer, etc.).
